On top of my daily wake up call from my daughter (around 5am) I got to wake up an hour early and go into work on short notice, it was a rough day and I ended up sleeping pretty much from the time I got home until I had to go to work at ICON again... soooo... no Gym, a lazy 195 on the equip at ICON.

195 on the equip... I'm a slacker spent an extra hour at work and my wife had purchased I am Legend so I watched that instead of going to the gym.

95min on the equip, went to Chris's jogged 2.25 felt much better than last week even though I forgot to change into my running shoes while I was at home, and then finished with about 45min shoulder lift at the gym.
