| | Nothing to report really, I'm trying to get back into it. Was gone for 2 months so it was slow and hurt. |

| | On top of my daily wake up call from my daughter (around 5am) I got to wake up an hour early and go into work on short notice, it was a rough day and I ended up sleeping pretty much from the time I got home until I had to go to work at ICON again... soooo... no Gym, a lazy 195 on the equip at ICON. |

| | Since it was snowing today Chris and myself did not go running outdoors. Therefore I decided to push it a little at work. 21min running/jogging (1min 8mph/2min 6mph) in the first segment. Second segment was 5min walking 5min running/jogging (2min 8mph/2.5min6mph/30sec 10mph). Third segment I had to work on one of the bikes so just a casual burner. 145min total.

| | Daily routine -- 2mi Was raining for a bit = kinda nice I missed yesterday due to time... went straight from work to golfing, straight from there to the date night with the wife (Dark Knight = Best movie ever.... EVERRRR) didn't get home untill midnight and didn't run because I had to get some sleep before I went to work... yes I am disapointed that I missed my run.

| | Played basketball for 1.5hrs tonight. came home and tried to get my daily routine in but I'm dead. I pushed hard on my fast breaks tonight at the court trying to work on my sprinting. I feel good but nooo energy. I've managed 3 sets of 30 sit-ups though. must get up in the morning.... no two ways about it. |

| | Ok... so running in the morning... I felt like I was running on an empty tank of gas... nothing but fumes for some reason... is there something I need to do to have energy in the morning, maybe in my diet or do I just need to keep running in the morning and my body will take care of everything else? I've been running late at night and I usually feel atleast 10X better. Going to play basketball tonight, will most likely be 1.5hrs.

Daily Routine: Felt good... last mile of the run was pretty slow though. Getting a bit of pain just under my left knee. Talked to Cody and he thinks I just need to make sure I'm stretching good. He also mentioned that "shin-splint" exercises might help. Going to buy new shoes tonight I think, been using the same shoes since AIT.... 8yrs ago! They've held up good but it's time to retire them finally. I'm kind of noticing that I feel better running at night.

We had to play in a small gym though... very boring, didn't do as much running as I would have liked.

| | Daily Routine (-Squat Thrust) 2.6mi My left knee is pretty agravated, I'm starting to wonder if it's not a temporary thing and if it's something I'm going to be dealing with from now on.... wonderful!

Gym 30min, Run 30min felt good, I'm not sure of the time, but it's a little slower than I would have liked. the fact that it felt good is reassuring though, also I thought it was further until I googled it. I'm starting to feel like I have energy again.
