Went to the gym this morning.  45min workout with 15min running/cooldown afterwards.

1.5 hrs basketball, ran hard, felt good.... sadly, running was the only thing I could do....

 felt good, I'm not sure of the time, but it's a little slower than I would have liked.  the fact that it felt good is reassuring though, also I thought it was further until I googled it.  I'm starting to feel like I have energy again.
