Since it was snowing today Chris and myself did not go running outdoors. Therefore I decided to push it a little at work. 21min running/jogging (1min 8mph/2min 6mph) in the first segment. Second segment was 5min walking 5min running/jogging (2min 8mph/2.5min6mph/30sec 10mph). Third segment I had to work on one of the bikes so just a casual burner.
