Warning: do not let the wife set the alarm clock if you actually want to get up and run before work. Morning: does sprinting from the shower to motorcycle rushing to work count? On the upside, I found that I really do enjoy running in the morning. Lunch: Various calisthenics followed by a 1mile jog, I wasn't supposed to do any because I'm going running with Chris tonight... oh well... Evening: Yay! 4.3mi not as fast as I would've liked though, I was really dragging.
