Lunch: 2.7
The snow on some portions of the run was packed enough but still soft enough that it was like running in sand.... which meant I almost died.
Lunch: 2.0... COOOOOOLD If anybody looks at this and has a suggestion... I'm fine as far as my body, it's my big toes that were freezing.
Morning: Crossfit was 5k, Did it on the treadmill because it's stinkin cold outside at 5am.
Not sure if I'm going to do a lunch run because I will be playing basketball tonight and my legs aren't feeling too hot.

Felt much better despite feeling a little colder and my right hamstring is really tight.
30min on the eliptical plus gym in the morning... no running though.
morning: Had time left over after Cross Fit this morning so I ran 2.1 on the treadmill.
Morning: 1.5mi to the gym 20min workout and 1.5mi back
